By downloading, installing, or using the Tunnel Surf VPN application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tunnel Surf ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms apply in addition to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, which also govern your use of the App.
You may use the App only if you:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Tunnel Surf offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium features are available through an auto-renewing subscription purchased via Apple's App Store.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
We strive to maintain high availability of the App and our servers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The App may be unavailable due to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
The App, including all its content, features, design, graphics, logos, and source code, is owned by Tunnel Surf and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
"Tunnel Surf" and associated logos are trademarks of Tunnel Surf. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TUNNEL SURF AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Cancelling a Premium subscription does not delete your data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or App Store update notes.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
